I love a fixed menu because I don't have to think about what to order. They just bring you lots of unique dishes and combinations you might never otherwise think of.

A great example of this is the De Kas greenhouse restaurant where the majority of what you eat is grown on the same property as the restaurant itself. Talk about fresh.
