It’s Friday so I’ve been thinking about viral content audiences over time. You’re doing the same thing right?
Well lucky enough for you I put some of my ideas down in graph form.
This is basically my rough thoughts of how viral content is circulating online these days. Key points being that StumbleUpon is huge and under-hyped, Reddit is the new 0-day (zero day) source for viral content and Buzz Feed is becoming a major distributor (and creator) of viral content.
Oh and your aunts and other family members are still the last to know about the latest viral thingy. We still love them anyway of course.

0 day is a term used to say something (in this case a piece of content) is fresh, under 24 hours old.
