Ilchi Lee: Five Minutes of Morning Exercise

Ilchi Lee

If you spend a lot of time “in the chair”, you know working too much online, your body might feel like mine. Pretty much useless.

After a few years in the web space my personal health has been in major decline. So much so that lately I’ve been pulling my back out and generally feeling like crap. I’ve been looking for ways to fit in any type of exercise. Everything from running, to Wii Fit and Yoga.

Since free time seems to be my biggest hurtle, I wanted to share this video I found from Ilchi Lee. In just 5 minutes you can get a quick workout, and for those with some sense of balance, do some pretty cool head stand tricks.

Heres the video:

I know about Ilchi Lee and have read a couple of his books, including “Brain Wave Vibration” which I read in one sitting. It is pretty amazing how few us know our brain or understand the mindy and body connection and how simple it can be to make ourselves healthier. I really enjoyed this posting and will watch this video. Will I see you at the Brain Art Festival at Radio City Music Hall August 5? http://www.brainartfestival.com/

Wow, he seems older than me but did that very well. I’ll try the handstand walking myself.

Sean, in this blog entry you have nicely spotlighted an important, informative and inspiring message for the many boomers who are entering their 60s and seniors who are older, and who are concerned about keeping or regaining positive physical, mental and spiritual conditions. The video and story about Ilchi Lee, who clearly has figured out how to maintain holistic health in this life, hit the nail on the head: Use them — body, mind and soul — or lose them. We all need a role model and Lee is surely one for me and I feel also for people who want to live long and age gracefully, full of strength, flexibility, energy, creativity, and peace. Well done, Sean.

Hey, ok, I get it, I guess – but does this really work?
