Forgive me for not posting a photo of myself but I’m toothless and full of spine pain due to an auto accident, no fault of my own. But, how ironic that this leads right into what I would like to talk about. ....

.. ..

I’m concern that we are looking at our health care in the ....US.... all wrong. When we talk about health cost we always add in the cost of health insurance, premium, and other non-service related issues, which by far, out weighs the cost of health care alone.....

.. ..

Let’s put the numbers to test right now. There are approximately 300 million people in ....America.... and what percent of Americans spend a million dollars of health care services over the course of a life time? How many people do you know of or have heard that it has cost them a million dollars for their health care? Not the cost of health insurance but the naked cost of health services rendered, I bet it’s not many. ....

.. ..

So doesn’t it make sense for the tax paying public to be self insured? If the tax paying public can together bail out large companies with billions of billions of dollars, why can’t we spend one million for each American? Three hundred million dollars looks far better than billions of billions, which most Americans will never see.....

.. ..

Here is what a million dollar policy for each American can do. First each American will have a vested million dollar policy for all their health needs. Whether your health needs are for the eyes, body, teeth, glasses, brain or what, you have a million dollar policy to spend at what ever Doctor or hospital you please. If you are in need of more than a million, it can be transferred from wife or children or family. But if you have spent your life eating right and exercising and have had little to no health issues, that money can be use for other life demands. Wouldn’t it serve all Americans to have essentials like, college tuition, home loans and retirement, all in the bag so we could spend our money else wise? Just think of the taxes that could be cut, the social security programs that we would not have, Medicare, and all the money spent on other political programs. Somebody please tell president Barrack Obama and Congress to stop playing around with our lives. Better yet, let’s get a signature partition going! Maybe I can get some teeth for my birthday!

Who cares if Oprah is on Twitter she should be mending fences. She is all about her self her race my poor childhood boo hoo. Now she is suing over a word my what next. She forgets the American Public made her who she is and the American Public can also ruin her. I don't know who she says she gave money to its all about a tax break for her don't let her fool you. Instead about suing over a word she should be out making sure the canidate she endorsed for president don't ruin her precious name or will she sue him to. Oprah get over yourself what talent do you have other than making money you can't sing, write nor are you artistic all I see is you flapping your mouth something along the same lines as Paris Hilton. What do you people do other than try and get headlines to keep your name out there. Sick of her rubbish my god help her.

Oprah did not just join Twitter, her account on Twitter was created January 23, 2009.

What she did was post her first tweet with the help of Ashton Kutcher on her show.

She had over 44,000 followers without a single post in her Twitter account.

Good grief. Could not the same flack that did her background have helped her out with some basics? Caps? "Hi Twitters?"

Or: Perhaps this was a carefully orchestrated first post designed to make her more engaging to the legions of neophyte twitter users she'll be driving to the service, who will likely be using the same awkward grammar, incorrect terminology, and inappropriate caps'ing as she is. That is to say, maximum engagement via Twitter would have Oprah going through the same learning curve as her users, a opposed to starting with a "pro" voice.
