Obama on Leno
Obama is on Leno tonight, I normally can’t watch these late night shows but I had to tune in. As usual his casual nature is refreshing. Sure Rome is burning and we are all broke, but I’m not worried. And that’s not just because I’ve somehow, someway, done very well in this start up game.
When he talks about the AIG smack down it helps to illustrate that its not business as usual anymore. These monster companies will be held accountable, helping to prevent future collapses. Yes, we might even emerge from this shit storm one of these days.
He even makes a Special Olympics joke in reference to his low bowling score. I’m sure tomorrow this will be a great distraction from the real issues.
