The 2009 Academy Awards ceremony starts on Sunday, February 22, 2009 at 5 pm PT/ 8 pm ET.
The show this year will be held at Hollywood’s Kodak Theatre and hosted by Hugh Jackman. It will be shown on ABC channels throughout the country.

He has since released a statement saying that he is “sorry and saddened” by the incident. Neither Chris Brown nor Rihanna have been seen in the public eye since.
