LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) — The LAPD’s chief investigator in case, Detective Deshon Andrews, told CNN he hand-carried his findings to the district attorney Tuesday afternoon.

Prosecutors looked at the files and then asked Andrews for “an additional investigation,” DA spokeswoman Jane Robinson said.

Andrews said that to keep photos and documents from leaking to the media, he has kept the case file closely guarded and allowed no copies of the material to be made.

Hmmm, somethings aren’t adding up & the ? is, if this pic is authentic, just how did he get leaked Detective Andrews?

Okay so I’m pretty ashamed of some of the people who left comments. NO ONE deserves to be hit or beat up. No matter what she did, she did not deserve to be beat up. I’ve seen this – first of all, do you think Rihanna’s camp would let her go out in public and risk being photographed considering the extent of her injuries? Doubtful. Besides, it looks fake to me anyway. On a different note, whoever doctored up the original had a good idea – I bet they got a TON of traffic.
