Check Voter Registration
Before you head to the polls tomorrow you may want to check your voter registration. For those in the Los Angeles area visit the county clerk website to confirm your voter registration. For other states check out this site.
I just moved so I had to update my address. For some reason everytime I do this it doesn’t make it through. After checking my local county clerk website it seems this is the case yet once again. The wife and I mailed in our new registrations together but for some reason only hers made it.
So I’ll head down to the polls anyway, last time they were able to help me so hopefully my vote will be recorded. Ironically I was going to bow out of voting all together this time around. I’m afraid the last 8 years have been enough to make a former political junkie just not care anymore.
However this being such a landmark election it would be foolish not to vote. So antiquated voting system allowing, I’ll be placing my vote for Obama tomorrow. Wish me luck.
